This page explains what information Zeno Global Holdings LLC ("Zeno Global," "we") collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Investor access form. If you request access to investor materials, we collect your name, organization, and email address. We also record when you visit the portal, including how many times and the date of your most recent visit. This information is stored in a database hosted by Supabase.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, you do so on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Netlify, and Google Fonts, which supplies our typeface, receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads.

How we use it

We use investor form details to know who has accessed our materials and to follow up with you. We use email and scheduling details to respond to you and to prepare for conversations you request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep investor access records and correspondence for as long as they are useful to our relationship with you, and delete them when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have additional rights under local law. Email jclawson@zenoglobal.io and we will respond.
